When will my order ship?
Most orders placed Monday through Thursday will be out next business day, usually in 24 hours or less. Most orders placed on Friday will be out the following Monday. Check out our full shipping policy on our Policies page for more information.
I received my order and there was something wrong, what do I do now?
If we made a mistake on your order, no problem. Contact us within 12 hours after the order is placed and we will correct the order. Contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org, through our Contact Us page or by phone at 855-647-8373.
How can I track my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number through your email address to track your order.
Does Veteran Liquids ship internationally?
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. International orders have the option of FedEx or USPS. Please note that there are restrictions. Please see our Policies page for more information on international orders. VETERANS & ACTIVE DUTY: We ship to APO/AE addresses. Support the troops!
Does Veteran Liquids have a return policy?
You may return most new, unopened items within 24 hours of delivery, for store credit or exact replacement of product, exclusively in the event that you received a defective or incorrect product. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis and authorized at our discretion. Please contact us if you need further assistance.
What carrier do you use for shipping domestic and international?
Veteran Liquids ships all product via USPS and FedEx.
Is Veteran Liquids e-liquid FDA compliant?
Veteran Liquids is registered with the FDA. All our SKUs have TP1 numbers from the FDA, which can be downloaded here, except Ridiculous Flavor, whose TP1 numbers are pending from the FDA.
Is GCC information available for your bottles?

What devices can I vape my Salt Drops e-liquid in?
You can vape our Salt Drops E-Liquid in Pod devices, EX: Suorin Drop, Suorin Air, Aspire Breeze, SMOK Infinis, Mi-POD and similar devices. NOTE: Salt nicotine is not for use in sub-ohm or other high-powered devices. Know what you vape, and #vapesafe!
How can I be safe with Salt Nicotine?
Salt Nicotine isn't designed for sub-ohm devices. Salt nicotine has high nicotine and poisonous to children. Keep your Salt Drops bottle out of reach of children.

What does PG/VG ratio mean?
PG: propylene glycol, VG: vegetable glycerin. All Veteran Liquids have a fixed PG/VG ratio designed to give you the most flavor with the best possible vapor production.
Is 143 CBD vape just an e-liquid or is it also a tincture?
Both. You can either vape or drip 143 CBD under your tongue.
How much CBD oil should I take sublingually (under tongue)?
It varies by person. Most of our customers start with half a dropper and increase to a full dropper if needed.
How much CBD should I vape?
Most of our customers will fill their tank with half of their preferred e-liquid, and half 143 CBD, but you can mix it in any ratio you prefer. 143 CBD can also be vaped as-is, puffing throughout your day.
Do I need a special vaporizer to use 143 CBD?
No, you do not need a special device to vape 143. You can use our hemp CDB isolate in any vape setup, including clearomizers, sub-ohm tanks, and RDAs, taking into account that you will get more CBD intake with sub-ohm tanks and RDAs.
What wattage should I use when vaping 143 CBD?
143 CBD has a similar consistency to regular e-liquid, so feel free to vape it at your preferred wattage.
What is the VG/PG ratio?
Does your Cannabidiol (CBD) contain any THC?
There is 0% THC in our hemp extract, not even trace elements.
How much CBD is there per serving?
There are 10mg of CBD per ML of liquid.
My bottle of 143 CBD has small white particles in it. Is this normal?
Yes. These are CBD strands. This is normal and completely safe to vape and consume orally.
The CBD in my bottle is starting to re-crystallize. What can I do about this?
Re-crystallization is normal with CBD products. We recommend shaking the bottle before each use to prevent re-crystallization and to evenly distribute the CBD throughout.
How do I store 143 CBD? What is the shelf life?
It is best to keep 143 CBD stored at room temperature, out of direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Exposure to heat or cold can cause the CBD to re-crystallize. We do not recommend refrigerating or leaving it in your car for a long period of time. When stored properly, 143 CBD has a shelf life of about one year.
What are the ingredients in your vapable CBD?
143 CBD contains Pure CBD Isolates, Vegetable Glycerin, Propylene Glycol, and artificial flavorings. Flavor free has no Flavoring added. We do not use any sweeteners.
Will 143 CBD affect my ability to function?
No, 143 CBD does not contain any THC, which is the chemical that impairs functionality.
I am currently on prescribed medications. Can I still use 143 CBD?
Please consult your physician before mixing with medication.
Is the milligram of CBD per serving or for the entire bottle?
The milligram listed on the bottle is the amount of CBD for the entire bottle, not per serving.
What shipping carrier do you use?
Currently, all orders are shipped through USPS. Due to CBD being separate from our tobacco products, we use a different payment processor.
